Hexagon fun

It’s been a few weeks since I last posted, but with good reason. I’ve been making hexagons from scraps and some very old fabrics that my sister and I used back in high school. Some of these prints are over 30 years old so I’m excited to use them in my first whisker meadow lap quilt. For those of you not familiar with paper piecing it’s really fun and  easy to do.

  1. I am so impressed with your artistic skills. I don’t have the patience for that kind of small hand stitching. You truly have a gift!
